1. Handmade Custom Products: 7-Day Refund Eligibility (Self-Paid Return Shipping)

All our bags are 100% handmade to order, crafted to preserve unique artisanal details. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, with slight variations in craftsmanship, texture, and floral design due to its custom nature. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of delivery for change of mind, size adjustments, or style regrets.

Note: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (no damage, stains, or alterations to the product or packaging).

2. Exceptions: Defects or Shipping Damages

We stand behind the quality of our handmade work. For the following cases, we provide free return shipping, full refunds, or replacements (if stock is available):

  • The product arrives with unintentional craftsmanship defects (eg, loose stitching affecting functionality, missing key design elements).
  • The product is damaged during shipping (not caused by improper use after delivery).

Requirements for Exception Claims:

  • Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and delivery confirmation.
  • Our team will review your request within 3 business days. Approved claims will receive a prepaid return label (for defective/damaged items), a replacement (if in stock), or a full refund—no restocking fees apply.
